The HardCore method is designed to help you increase endurance, improved coordination, and achieve a lean, sculpted body with a strong core. Each challenging workout incorporates aspects of multiple fitness disciplines, including weight training, yoga, mat pilates, and aerobics. By alternating intense bursts of cardio with strength training exercises and postures that use balance and stabilization equipment - such as the Bosu and Swiss Ball - the HardCore Method provides a complete workout. Each session concludes with guided stretches that focus on the large leg muscles, hips, lower back, and chest to increase flexibility and improve posture.
